Do I need to book a space at the Memory Cafe or can I just drop-in?

If you're interested in joining our InMind Memory Cafe drop us an email to find out any info or let us know you will be coming along, it's always great to hear from you! If you do happen to drop-in on your first day with us then that's totally fine

Who is this Memory Cafe group for?

The group is for those wild early onset or mild forms of dementia or brain injuries as well as their carers or friends/family members. It's a great way to meet like minded people and share and support one another whilst doing some activities and having some fun.

Does the community centre have food and parking?

The community centre where we hold our group has a free car park, and the whole place is very accessible. Plus it has a cafe where you can buy food and drinks before during and after our group sessions.
